Smiles, Smiles... and more Smiles!

Hey All! Another week gone... another week closer to... well, nothing. We are where we want to be and enjoying every bit of life! :-) Perhaps we will start the update this week with the youngest... for she is definetly the cutest! Kay Marie is now standing by herself for indefinite amounts of time. she had totally gotten her balance and last night she even took a step closer to me. I don't know if that counts as her first step, but it is cool none the less. She now has 3 teeth. The top two middle ones are both coming in now. She loves to wander around the house and play in Joseph's room (i.e. eat paper she can find there). She also loves Cheerios as seen in the picture below.

Rebekah is also super happy most of the time, although today she spend a majority of the day crawling around on the ground, growling at anyone she could find. It was cute. She says she is a monster and tries to eat you. You wouldn't think she was a monster looking at this picture. :-)

Joseph continues to amaze me. Joseph definetly has a talent for watching and understanding others. He usually uses that talent to help others, although he also knows what to say to get under people's skins. This past week he and Joseph went outside to play and got REALLY dirty. Deb made them take their clothes off outside before they came in to take baths, but before they came back in she gave them popsicles and snuck a quick picture... I think it is kind of cute. :-)

Debbi is still running a ton. She is so committed that she is getting up early (4:45 a.m.) she we can study before she leaves to run 6 miles. She also went and picked blackberries this week and made some more yummy jam (which she is so kind to keep giving to me to give away... what can I say, I'm proud. :-)). On top of all that she is a great mom! Here is a picture of her and her cute little girl, Kay.

I'm the same... work every day and try to get something done at night time. I admit that I love the weekends and today I made bread again (of course). This variety is called a marble loaf. It turned out pretty good I must say. It is half white and half molasses/wheat. It goes great with Deb's new jam!!

That's it for us this week! We love and miss you all!! Have a great week!!
