What a Week!

Hey Everyone!!  It has been quite the week.  As I mentioned last week, Debbi's Grandpa died so she flew out with the kids on Wednesday.  We worked it out so I could fly out for a couple of days too, but I'm back and everyone else is still out there till Wednesday.  Boy, the house sure is quiet!! The trip out was good.  It was good to see family and friends again.  Everytime we go out we have this desire to try and move out there to be closer to family.  I don't know if it will happen, but it was nice to see them again. The funeral was good.  It is always amazing to sit back and reflect on the good someone did in their life... and in turn your own life.  Grandpa Whitehead was a great and amazing man.  Joseph and Bekah did really well with the funeral.  At the viewing Bekah kept asking to go and see the "angel."  I think sometimes we have a tendency to shelter children from death, but if we can explain it to them they do really well. I guess there isn't much else to report.  Oh, I did hear back from SLC and it looks like I didn't get into CES.  I am really at peace with the whole thing.  I know I did my best so the Lord must have something else planned for me. Debbi is doing well.  She is excited that we can begin looking for jobs and move onto the next stage of our lives together.  I must say I am excited as well.  I am thinking I will probalbly do something with computers, so if any of you know of some openings... let me know!! The kids are great!  Nothing too new to report there.  Bekah says the funniest things and Joseph is usually such a big helper.  Kay actually started taking a binki this past week or so... that is really nice.  We are sure grateful for that!! Deb has the camera in Vegas, so you will have to wait till next week for some pictures!  We love you all!  Have a fantastic week!!
